Children Mending Heart's Empathy Rocks Fundraiser

Red Carpet Report producer and I streamed a smaller carpet we attended this weekend for Children Mending Heart's 9th Annual Empathy Rocks fundraiser. It is an arts education charity focused on 'accidental learning.' In the form of diverse, fun activities, creative opportunities are offered to disadvantaged children around Los Angeles by expressing themselves through the arts. 

So great seeing so many creatives, philanthropists, actors/musicians getting together for an amazing cause. Just giving you a little behind the scenes here, and hope you enjoy! 

Facebook Live with a Health Coach: Sara Hansen!

I've been wanting to start FacebookLive for a while and decided to do so with my friend, health coach & recipe developer Sara! I am new to this so bare with me while I am figuring it out. I wanted to connect with people I admire (and look up to) and share some tips on living your best life when you're busy, in a rush, lazy or on a budget! 

I'm definitely not the best at looking after myself, especially not in the health department, so finding out about easy healthy snacks was so helpful to me and I hope you get something out of it too!
