La Film Festival Last Minute Carpets

In case you missed it on my Facebook Live, this was a REALLY eventful day! From being rushed to a carpet earlier than I thought, having to interview with my phone and a lavaler mic on my own, to being thrown into another one (I had no idea I was reporting for), and then finally, drove to my 3rd carpet of the day... to the wrong location... And yet, I had the best day, interviewing my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE Nikolaj Coster (Game of Thrones) and enjoying sunny LA with the greatest people. As usual, outfit details are below (even thought I had 3 seconds to get ready and put it together)... 

The Big Sick Premiere

I've been interviewing at another great movie premiere this week! Talking to this amazing cast about their roles and personal experiences gave me a better insight on love and relationships, despite people's different beliefs and traditions. I was excited about this movie and its message, as it covers so many different aspects of a love story that are often ignored in cinema. As well as being a a romantic comedy, The Big Sick tackles darker aspects of love and relationships a realistic and honest way...

Bomber

The sun is already back in California, and although the last few days have been quite windy, the distressed denim shorts finally came out after hiding in my bags for a good 6 months! Accessorized with some white fishnets and a Bomber Jacket, just to seem a little less excited over the fact that I NO LONGER LIVE IN A RAINY CITY! Firmoo Glasses

Fun fact: I was driving with my boyfriend when he started laughing at me because he 'noticed' I wasn't seeing properly. I didn't believe him until a few days later... I called him in a panic, stuck in the Hollywood hills, realizing I was no longer able to detect cars coming the opposite way in low light! Dreading the day of my eye test, I looked up potential frames that wouldn't make me look like a complete nerd and noticed an emerging trend: people were no longer afraid to pose wearing glasses (never imagined I would ever see a 'glasses' duckface selfie)! Have they become the new lip injections of the internet? Maybe not... But the days of feeling stigmatized for wearing glasses may be gone.

I've had a wonderful Christmas and New Year with my family and childhood friends. I've rested more than I ever needed and ate to the point of making myself ill (lol)! But saying goodbye to your loved ones is tough and always gets me a little upset... I tend to forget the good things waiting for me in a place that I love! I have so much to look forward this year and am excited to see what 2017 has in store!

Took A Pill in Ibiza

Ibiza was one of the funnest holidays I've had in a long time; I definitely hope to go again this year! As a group of girlfriends, we couldn't have found a more perfect combination or partying, amazing food and sunbathing! Being a lightweight, I'm always one to ruin an outfit on a hectic night out. It usually goes from anything like a broken shoe, a lost handbag to a stained dress or a ripped top... You name it! Hence why this year, I played it 'safer' budget-wise, going for more high street & guilt-free options in case of damage! You can see for yourself down below...

I have a love / hate relationship with London 💘💫💝 but could never get tired of visiting Notting Hill! This look-book was inspired by my desire to get in touch with my 'athleisure' side. I love to dress casually and yet, I still want to look presentable. Having to go home to change after a job or a workout is always a pain! Why choose comfort over style when you can have both?

Pasadena Playhouse

As an entertainment journalist, I am always working in different locations. Thanks to Celeb Secrets, I interviewed talented artists at the Pasadena Playhouse for their Christmas Pantomime and stopped for a couple of pictures too! It is such a beautiful place and I became a little obsessed with the neighborhood.
