Holographic: Wearable?

Do you think people will remember 2017 as the holographic year? The futuristic trend is may be blowing up your feeds, but it is actually hard to pull off. I personally haven't seen so many people walking around rocking a rainbow highlight and unicorn lip?! We have all learnt the hard way that for the most part, what looks good on Instagram will never work in person. After trying out so many products and attempting the look myself, I've come to realize that Holographic Makeup looks good in small doses, and can be wearable when used in moderation.

Unicorn Blonde

As an eternal dissatisfied, it is practically impossible for me to be happy with a hairstyle / color and stick to it. Having finally got my own custom shade of blonde created by the INCREDIBLE Instagram.com/ilyjaz, I'm hoping it will be a while before I plan my next move... Naturally, we called it The Unicorn Blonde ❤ It is blonde... but darker, with ashy and subtle lilac tones!

La Film Festival Last Minute Carpets

In case you missed it on my Facebook Live, this was a REALLY eventful day! From being rushed to a carpet earlier than I thought, having to interview with my phone and a lavaler mic on my own, to being thrown into another one (I had no idea I was reporting for), and then finally, drove to my 3rd carpet of the day... to the wrong location... And yet, I had the best day, interviewing my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE Nikolaj Coster (Game of Thrones) and enjoying sunny LA with the greatest people. As usual, outfit details are below (even thought I had 3 seconds to get ready and put it together)...

The Big Sick Premiere

I've been interviewing at another great movie premiere this week! Talking to this amazing cast about their roles and personal experiences gave me a better insight on love and relationships, despite people's different beliefs and traditions. I was excited about this movie and its message, as it covers so many different aspects of a love story that are often ignored in cinema. As well as being a a romantic comedy, The Big Sick tackles darker aspects of love and relationships a realistic and honest way...

Children Mending Heart's Empathy Rocks Fundraiser

Red Carpet Report producer and I streamed a smaller carpet we attended this weekend for Children Mending Heart's 9th Annual Empathy Rocks fundraiser. It is an arts education charity focused on 'accidental learning.' In the form of diverse, fun activities, creative opportunities are offered to disadvantaged children around Los Angeles by expressing themselves through the arts.

So great seeing so many creatives, philanthropists, actors/musicians getting together for an amazing cause. Just giving you a little behind the scenes here, and hope you enjoy!

Madotta Case

Today, I wanted to show my appreciation for a brand I truly believe in. Madotta is an independent family business creating the most gorgeous designer phone cases! Each one of them is created manually, with care, in their UK factory and comes in a beautiful box with a thank you note. It's so great seeing brands putting so much effort in the quality of their product and service, especially with countless new social media brands emerging and ephemeral fashion trends popping up every single day.

Marble cases have been around for a little bit, and being the phone addict that I am, I like to make sure my favorite accessory is always paired with a stylish protection. Having gone through a few versions of it, I can say no other brand makes them as beautiful as they do.

Must check out their online store: www.madotta.com
